It's simple: We love Tuscany -- the people, the culture,
the scenery, the
food and the wine. And, every time we swore
we'd go somewhere else
for a vacation, we always ended up in Florence, Chianti, Siena,
Lucca, or Arezzo. Friends would ask us for hotel and restaurant recommendations. Things to do and see. Maps. Day trips. Places
to
shop.
We decided that if we
could use our depth of knowledge to assist
our friends, we'd like
to help others do more than merely
visit Tuscany. We'd like to help
you truly experience it as well.
Ah! Toscana! Tours are always
small, so that you can easily interact with
our leaders and guides, as well as with other tour members.
Also, small groups allow for more seating flexibility in restaurants, along with better
service. And, we can arrange lodging in more interesting, intimate
and out-of-the-way places.
Our tours will take you
to the places you expect to see, and
many that are not well known outside of Italy. We're proud to
be among the first to introduce Americans to the beauty and
culture of the Maremma, the southwestern region of Tuscany
that encompasses rolling hills and valleys, along with beautiful
Mediterranean beaches and islands -- and of course, great food
and wine.
We've spent time in all
the places, and done all the things, that you're going to do. If we
won't go there, eat there, or stay there, neither will you!
